The Julia Effect™ Introduction to Emotional Arts Training is a trauma-informed foundational course designed to equip professionals and caregivers with essential tools for understanding human behavior through the lens of emotional attachment, nervous system responses, and core wound patterns.

This course integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and a storytelling-based framework to help participants understand how early emotional experiences shape behavior, relational patterns, and regulation strategies. Learners will observe how emotional wounds influence everyday interactions and be introduced to techniques for fostering safety, connection, and compassionate response in educational, clinical, and caregiving environments.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
